EPD Packet
The schematic of this packet is shown in Figure 1. One EPD packet is inserted in each LRS frame.

Instrument Synchronicity
Within the EPD packet there will exist one major synchronism relative to the SCLK. The EPD synchronization index is equal to the SCLK Mod 91 count.
